What if the car floor mats don’t fit? Is there a warranty?
This rarely happens. If the car floor mats don’t fit, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for our designers to remake them and send them to your vehicle (you do not need to return the ill-fitting mats). Rest assured that we will continue to provide service until you are satisfied. All products come with a 3-year warranty!
What is your return and refund policy?

5 Fit, Installation, and Maintenance
5.1 How do I install the car floor mats?
Step 1: First, remove the old floor mats from your car. We recommend starting the installation on the driver’s side. You can determine which mat fits the driver’s side by checking the grip under your heel.
Step 2: Move the driver’s seat all the way back and slide the mat into place. Then, slide the built-in clips along the sides to secure the mat firmly in position.
Step 3: Move the driver’s and passenger seats all the way forward to install the rear floor mats. Lay the mats flat on the floor; they should slide into place.
Step 4: Add the built-in clips where needed to fully secure the mats in place.
Note: After receiving your high-end custom luxury car floor mats, you can place them directly in the sun to dry and eliminate any creases caused during shipping. However, this is not necessary, as the creases will gradually smooth out over time.
